Q: May I cancel or change my order?

  • We are able to cancel an order only if it has not already been fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse. If you made an error on your order it is best to e-mail Southern Dazzle to have the order cancelled, and then place a new order with the correct items. 

Q: How long does it take for me to receive my order?

  • Once an order ships from our warehouse  we do not have control over the delivery time. We process orders as soon as possible from our warehouse. However, on rare occasions, such as a holiday, it may take between 3-5 days to ship out. You will receive a tracking number so that you may keep up with your order while it's on its way.

Q: How much are shipping fees?

  • Shipping fees are a flat rate of $6.50
